Day 190 of 365

Praise That Can't Be Silenced

“And when he was come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen; Saying, Blessed be the King that cometh in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest.”

Luke 19:37-38 (KJV) |

What This Means for You

When Jesus entered Jerusalem, the disciples couldn't help themselves. They'd seen too much to stay quiet. Real worship isn't something you manufacture. It's what overflows when you've actually tasted God's goodness and can't keep it in anymore.

Try This Today

Before church today (or during your morning quiet time), write down three specific things God did for you this past week. Let those fuel your worship instead of going through the motions.
