Do Not Throw Away Your Confidence
“Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.”

What This Means for You
There are seasons where giving up feels logical. The prayer has not been answered. The situation has not changed. This verse says: hold on. Your confidence in God is not wasted. Patience after obedience is what carries you to the promise.
Try This Today
Write down one prayer you have been tempted to give up on. Underneath it, write Hebrews 10:36: "Ye have need of patience." Tape it to your dashboard or nightstand as a reminder to keep going.
